In the event of an after-hours emergency, please contact the office at 815-787-RENT (7368). The emergency contact number will be stated on the outgoing message.
-Rent is due on the date your lease states, regardless of the day of the week on which it falls. Late fees will be assessed for ANY payment received more than 5 days after the due date. You may mail payments to the office or leave payments in the office drop box. Cash will only be accepted during office hours. NEVER leave cash in the office drop box.
- Lock-out fee is $25.00 from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. For any other time, the fee is $50.00. |
